Courier Delivery
Please select the delivery date during checkout.
We will deliver your cake between 11AM - 3:30PM on the delivery date of your choice.
As we value your time, a 30 minute delivery slot will be assigned and sent via SMS with live tracking the night prior to delivery at 9PM so you can plan your day.
Pick Up
Your order will be ready for pick up by 10AM on collection day. In the morning of collection, an email will be sent to you confirming that it is ready for pick up by 10AM. If you did not receive an email by 11AM please call us immediately.
Please collect before store closing or if you think you may be late, please call us early so we can arrange for either the store to be staffed or an ice bag to be left outside for you.
Same Day Pick Up - Order by 3PM (before our kitchen closes) for us to make you a fresh cake for same day pick up (ready in approx. 1 hour). Please call to confirm for exact timing. *Only applies to 6" cakes
Cake Instructions
Transporting the Cake (less than 60 minutes) - Please place on the front passenger seat floor, turn down the AC to LOW and drive like you have a sleeping baby on board, nice and smooth around corners and slow down over bumps.
Going shopping or long drive after cake pick up (longer than 60 minutes) - please bring a Coles or Woolworths thermal bag with some ice bricks or request our team for a pre-chilled reusable ice pack ($5)
Please refrigerate until serving (do NOT freeze)

We aim to be consistent, so by creating a small menu with monthly rotating flavours, it allows us to focus on crafting the same quality cake every single time.
Designed to NOT Last
Our cakes are NOT designed to be frozen or last forever on a shelf. We aim to bake fresh and deliver to your door all in less than 24 hours. We have strict, no freezer policy at ENZE.
Fresh Flavours
By baking and decorating things at the last moment possible, we are able to use fresh, high-grade produce sourced directly from farmers, without the need for artificial flavourings. Also, no one likes dry cakes.

Can I choose a delivery date or specify a delivery window?
You can select a delivery date during checkout as far as 60 days in advance.
For specific delivery timings, please reach out to us via email, call or text if you require a specific delivery window during our 11AM - 3:30PM standard delivery and we'll try our best to accommodate. Surcharges may apply for Priority delivery (before 1pm).
For deliveries outside this window, we may use Uber or other services and will quote you a price based off their rates.
What if I need to change the address?
Please email us at hello@enze.com.au to let us know that you'd like your address changed and we'll happily accommodate
What happens if I'm not home during the allocated 30 minute delivery window?
As we will text you a 30 minute delivery window at 9pm the night prior to delivery, please ensure someone is home during that 30 minute window or leave a insulated bag with ice out for the couriers.
Otherwise, if you have to step out and can't be home, please call us straight away
How do I cancel the cake I ordered?
Send us an email at hello@enze.com.au with your order number for us to cancel and refund your cake. Though we'd appreciate 24 hours notice so that no ingredients or labour goes to waste, we understand that things may come up suddenly and you need to cancel.
Do you make gluten free cakes?
Only our cheesecakes are GF at the moment
Can I customise the cake?
We are currently not accepting any new custom cake orders. Minor modifications to colour or decorations may be accepted but a modification fee of $15 may apply. Please call or email to us at hello@enze.com.au
How long can I keep the cake in the fridge for?
Our cakes are baked to order meaning we're confident that they will taste great if consumed within 48 hours.
However, for cakes decorated with fruit, please note that strawberries and mango toppings will oxidise or bleed juice into the cream if left in the fridge overnight so it is recommended to order them for same day consumption.
