Beautifully decorated, sponge was a little denser than we were expecting, but we love it that it was not too sweet, lemon curd was not too sour, unfortunately, the blueberry was not very flavourful. i wonder if you could create a cake with raspberry?

Refreshing delicious cake

Combination of blueberry and lemon curd is so refreshing and balanced. All our friends loved the cake and said they never enjoyed any cake cream like this. Sponge cake was moist which proved the shop was busy enough to keep the stock moving. Love it!
