I got this cake for Motherβs Day and everyone in my family enjoyed it. The cake was sooo soft and not too sweet. I personally loved the lemon curd on top.

Cake was not too sweet, light and refreshing. I love that it was mostly cake with a thin layer of cream unlike most cakes you buy from other places.

I didn't like the combination of the lemon mouse with the blueberry flavour. The blueberry tasted quite weak. On the plus side it wasn't too sweet and the cream and cake texture was nice and fluffy.
Ordered for my sons 2nd birthday and it was a hit! Fitted the bluey theme perfectly π
