Me as a picky eater loved this cake. It was sweeter than I expected but I really enjoyed the taste and the fluffiness of the cake too !! I would recommend if you love chocolate cake but if you don’t like sweetness then it’ll be better to get other flavours.

The texture was incredibly light and moist, with just the right level of sweetness so it didn’t feel heavy at all. You can really tell it was made with quality ingredients.
What stood out most was the balance of flavors—nothing overpowering, everything just worked beautifully together. Even the presentation was elegant and thoughtfully done.
Definitely one of those desserts you’d happily go back for, whether it’s for a special occasion or just to treat yourself. Highly recommend!

My favourite, love how theres lychee fruit in the cake but it doesnt make the sponge go soggy. I love the chiffon and the cream, the balance of flavours is divine!

Excellent cake. I usually don't finish my cake slice, but for this cake I did and even thought about a second slice. Very yummy. Friends also very impressed.

We've been longtime customers of Enze at this point for birthdays, and thought this flavor was an interesting addition to the roster so we bought it for my little brother's birthday. We loved the taste profile, which was nicely sweet without being overwhelming. The sponge was also moist and I think we'd get it again for other occasions too.

Our wedding cake was honestly perfect. It looked so nice we almost didn’t want to cut it, but it tasted even better than it looked.

Enze’s Strawberry Mochi Cake was absolutely stunning - beautifully decorated and the custom writing on the chocolate plaque was exactly as requested.

The cake itself was delectable and a huge hit with my friends! It comfortably served 14 as it indicates, and with 13 guests, everyone enjoyed generous slices - gone in under 5 minutes.

The mochi added a perfect chewy texture between the fluffy cake and cream layers, while the strawberries brought a subtle tang that balanced the sweetness beautifully. Not overly sweet, just right.

Would definitely order again and can’t wait to try more flavours!
