Decadent cake that delivered on every level. The icing was light and perfectly balanced, letting the richness of the sponge shine through. Each bite was moreish and genuinely tantalising for the taste buds. Simply delicious from start to finish.

Love lemon curd in general and this one was just right - tangy and not too sweet. The yuzu chantilly cream paired with the light chiffon was just the finishing touch my party needed.

Love the light strawberry yoghurt flavour and the mochi added a surprisingly nice texture. The decorations are pretty too.

The blueberry puree with blueberry pieces and the lemon curd were delicious and the sponge cake and cream was so fresh and light and perfectly offset the stronger flavours of the fruit. It all blended beautifully both in taste and visually. The family loved it. My Dad, whose 90th birthday we were celebrating, was glad to have some leftover!

Oh this was so decadent with the Belgian chocolate & salty toffee - but yet so light - this chiffon cake was a definite crowd pleaser at my dinner party - Enze you are simply the best !

The salted caramel & chocolate cream cake is a very light and soft cake with not too much cream to dress it and not too sweet. It is a cake to be enjoyed by everybody even those who might not fancy chocolate cakes.

The cake was gorgeous and delicious, and everyone in our family enjoyed it, from grandparents to grandson. Our family has spent a joyful night on a birthday celebration with a little help from Enze. Thank you. We will definitely order another birthday cake from you again.

The matcha cream is amazing with a nice strong, but not overwhelming matcha flavour and it pairs very well with the strawberry compote. Together with the soft chiffon its a perfect blend. Highly recommend!

The cake was absolutely beautiful! The pistachio cream exterior with chopped pistachios was stunning, and the raspberry topping added the perfect pop of colour. Tasted just as good as it looked.
