Light and fluffy!

Birthday boy loved the cake!

Everyone loved the cake specially the birthday boy. It’s the first time we all tasted hojicha flavor and it was a hit. The cake was so light and the sweetness of the cream frosting was just right. I can’t wait to taste the other flavours. Next birthday is coming up in February.

Better than expected!!

I thought this cake might taste bitter but not at all. It was soft, moist and not too sweet. The combination of flavours was different to your usual flavours so does leave a lasting and pleasant impression!

The best Coconut Pandan Cream Cake

I ordered the Coconut Pandan Cream Cake for my husband’s birthday, and it was an absolute hit! Everyone loved it. The cake was perfectly balanced — not too sweet, with a delightful pandan flavour that came through beautifully. The sponge was soft, light, and creamy, making each bite irresistible.
