I saw these cakes on my Instagram and then read so many reviews and just knew I had to try one someday. My Mothers birthday just passed so this was a great opportunity. Everyone in my family loved it! It was not too sweet, tangy from the lemon/yuzu, soft and not dry. My Father, who hates anything sweet, ate a big fat slice which says a lot about this cake. Will be trying another one of your cakes soon. Definitely recommend.
the cake is nicely decorated. it looks super pretty and cute.
personally, i’d prefer a bit more sweet and sour on the lemon cream on top of the cake.
and reduce the sweetness from the sponge cake.
overall, the cake is a cute gift for birthday. 🎂
I have seen recommendations on Facebook- so I thought I would try for my birthday. It was delicious. So light and fluffy. Everyone enjoyed it! We will be back :)
