The cake was delicious! It wasn't too sweet, yet sweet enough to balance out the sour-ness of the lemon.
I've tasted many kinds of Asian cakes, and this one is quite refreshing and I really recommend, not too excellent but definitely worthy. The sweet taste is light and combined with a hint of sour. The cake base is quite thick, so it takes quite a bit to enjoy a piece with the full flavor. I prefer the thickness to be more like a bento. This is size 8"
