Such a delicious cake with the refreshing taste of the lemon and yuzu. The sponge is really light and airy. Overall the cake is also not too sweet which is perfect for us. It looks stunning and everyone commented how pretty and enjoyable the cake was. Will definitely come back to try other flavours.
Wow, what a cake! So beautifully presented and tastes so amazing. The flavours are spectacular, it was perfectly delicate in texture and we loved that it wasn’t sickly sweet. Would 100% order again. Delivery was excellent also.
The cake has a very good texture, as always. The lemon / yuzu / citrus flavour was not strong. The cake is slightly sweet too. Overall ENZE cakes are very good but personality I like Hojicha / Lychee more.
