The hojicha and pear cake is soft and moist, with a warm roasted tea flavor that goes well with the sweet pear. It tastes comforting and delicious.
Really fragrant hojicha cake and beautifully decorated. Would recommend the pecans be candied like praline instead.
Perfect blend of hojicha flavour with the sweet pears and pillowy soft chiffon cake. I've tried different cakes from ENZE but this is now my favourite flavour!
Ordered for Fathers Day and was enjoyed by everyone, including my older parents who don’t like sweets. The tea flavour is very strong and pairs perfectly with the pear and light cream. I had to get an extra bunny biscuit as we had two toddlers who would’ve fought over it, great that that was an option!
