Such a great cake, even if you’re not usually into green tea flavors like matcha. The hojicha has a nice, subtle toastiness, and the fruit goes perfectly with it. Super tasty and refreshing!

Flavours are very subtle and the cake is light as all Enze cakes are. The pecan nuts give the cake a pop of flavour.
