Delicious!!

This cake was sooo tasty! Bought for my husbands birthday and everyone enjoyed it. It reminded me of victoria sponge with a twist. The sponge is so light, not overly sweet and not too much cream. The pistachio flavouring was just right - not overwhelming or tastes 'fake' like a lot of other places. It's taken me a long time to find a good cake - and I'll definitely be buying more. Cannot wait to try the mango ones
