This is my 5th or 6th cake from Emze and I am obsessed as usual. The cream was perfect in consistency and flavour. The hojicha flavour really stood out.
The chiffon sponge was well baked as usual. If it was tea-flavoured, it would have been perfect.
Everyone quite enjoyed the cake. It was delivered intact and with no issues. Enze cakes are usually what I gift to my friends now!
