The hojicha and pear flavours were strong, gave the cake a nutty flavour without being too sweet.
Have had the Hojicha cake a few times already. This time the cake was a bit sweeter than it used to be. Wish that the Hojicha flavour was stronger and the cake was a bit less sweet. Overall, it is still a very good cake
The nutty tea flavour was a perfect balance to the light sweetness of the cake.
