We tried the Hojicha & Caramelised Pear Cream Cake for a friend’s birthday, and it was a delight! The hojicha flavor was rich and fragrant, perfectly balanced with the caramelized pear. It wasn’t overly sweet, making it enjoyable for everyone. The adorable teddy bear cookie on top was a lovely touch! Highly recommend!

We ordered the Hojicha and Pear cake for a friend's 30th Birthday and everyone really enjoyed it! It had a strong yet perfect amount of hojicha/tea flavour and the pear pieces we're nice and refreshing! Would recommend - if you're after something less sweet!
The hojicha cake was delicious, very pleasant tea taste, was really nice with the pear, but would like the pear to be a bit juicier. Love that it’s fresh cream inside. The cake was decorated so beautifully.
The hojicha is subtle but definitely there! It could be a little stronger, but that's personal preference as I love strong teas. I thought the pear would be a bit weird but it's sweetness paired perfectly! I would get this again in a heartbeat. Thanks team, I've gotten 3 cakes in the past year already :)
