I don’t like sweet mango but the KP mangoes they used in this cake is a good combination of sweet and sour. Also only a few layers of fresh cream in the sponge cake which would not make you feel too guilty about the calories ^^

Absolutely blown away by all the cakes i’ve tried at Enze and the mango is my favourite. Recently ordered the large for a friends birthday and it is definitely a crowd pleaser and perfect for the summer time!
