We ordered this cake for my MIL’s birthday. It was fluffy and delicious, the fresh strawberries paired perfectly with the matcha.
Everyone loved it. So delicious, creamy and not too sweet.
I’ve been ordering from Enze, trying different flavours now. This is our 4th cake.
I dont usually get matcha cake because it's hard and bitter, but Enze's hint of matcha was very fragrant and not bitter at all.
Minus 1 star for delivery. Cake arrived with dents.
