I loved the contrast between the sweet blueberries and sour lemon. The cake was also very moist. Would definitely order again.
Yum! This cake was a Mother’s Day winner.
We enjoyed a picnic lunch and the Blueberry Lemon Cream Cake was dessert.
It a challenge finding a cake everyone enjoys because 1 person is not an icing person and 2 people were over 80. All 9 attendees ate seconds and the non-icing person even enjoyed the cream icing.
The cake had a light texture, gentle flavour and balanced sweetness.
Visually the cake was the star.
Very yum and I look forward to my bonus mum-slice, for Monday morning tea.

I ordered 2 cakes for Mother’s Day.The cake was much sweeter than when I had it last, albeit a bit too much. Very Dissapointed.
I ordered the Blueberry Lemon Cream cake. It was soft, light, and had a well-balanced flavour—subtly sweet with a refreshing hint of citrus.
Very delicious new flavour, love the lemon curd on top really helps with balance, not too sweet cake either. Blueberry is subtle and can be stronger but still very delicious.
