Another delicious cake from Enze! The roasted nutty flavour brought by infusing the cream with Hojicha tea was beautiful and ever so light! The sponge cake was delicate and fluffy! The caramelised pears had the right amount of sweetness to it, which balances the light chocolate flavour of the cake. We were very happy with this one!
Everyone loved the delicious roasted green tea flavour. Soft and delicate texture with the pears and cream. Not too sweet. Looks amazing too!!
Such a great cake, even if you’re not usually into green tea flavors like matcha. The hojicha has a nice, subtle toastiness, and the fruit goes perfectly with it. Super tasty and refreshing!

A quiet masterpiece. Earthy roasted tea unexpectedly pairs beautifully with the pear. Overall sweetness is perfect and never overpowering.
