I have tried all the cake varieties in Enze and this has to be one of my favourites. It’s not too sweet, it’s light and has a delicious flavour of pistachio with a hint of raspberry.
I have been sick for 10 days and everything I ate tasted bland until I met this lovely cake. Thank you. It was biggest meal in 10 days👍

A very special combination, good balance of sweetness. The cake looked amazing, especially with the pistachio bits on the side. You can definitely taste the pistachio flavours in the cream filing too. Never go wrong with any cake from Enze!
The cake was beautiful and fluffy. Probably slightly sweeter compared to the other cakes.
