Love the hojicha flavour, it was really nice, not too intense but definitely there. The pear was a nice addition, would have liked more pear!

The cake was so moist, spongy and the flavour of hojicha is on point. This is one of the tastiest cakes I had. They delivered it well on time too. Will come back for more flavours.
