This Black Forest cake is amazing it brings back my memories of years, the combination of cherries and cholcolate so balancing well. Must try if you are the black forest cake lover like me.
chiffon cake is great as per usual but cherries flavour are not there, totally understand cherries are no longer in season (other cake shops can still get the flavour right all year round) but if you can't achieve the flavour that a black forest cake should be then maybe it's time to take it off the cake selection and make something else. Not their best cake.
You can never go wrong with ordering any of the enze cakes .tried black forest for the first time and was amazed how balanced the flavours were. 10 on 10 . It was not too sweet, perfectly spongey texture .
Absolutely delicious Black Forest cake β rich, moist, and perfectly balanced with layers of chocolate, cream, and cherries. It tasted just like the classic should! Highly recommend for any chocolate lover
