The sponge is soft. Can taste the combination of earl grey and chestnut which is fresh and not too sweet. For my personal taste, I would love the chestnut taster even a bit more sweet
The cake was beautiful, it was loved by all people (adults and kids) with everyone commenting not too sweet and great chestnut flavour. The sponge was so soft, springy and moist absolutely perfectly balanced with the chestnut and subtle earl grey flavour, would highly recommend for any chestnut lovers
