Mango birthday cakr

Got this cake for my partner for his birthday. Everyone loved it ! It was pretty and not too sweet. The cream was fluffy as well and even though it took us about 3 days to finish it as a small family, it was still very fresh and tasty.

Very nice cake

I really liked the sponge and cream. The only downside was the mangos were a little sour. It could be just my batch considering my friend had sweet mangos. Willing to try again when mangos are in season.

Amazing for the whole family!

My family loved the cake - very nostalgic light chiffon with subtly sweet cream and fresh mangos. Definitely our new favourite and will be perfect for the warmer weather.
