As always, Enze cakes' texture was on point. Great balance of sweet of the cream and sour from the cherries which also provided some bite. Another 5-star cake from Enze to put in our favourites list!
That was how delicious it was! The replacement of cherries using raspberries was, in my opinion, actually an improvement. Enjoyed by everyone in the family :)

We have had almost every cake Enze has to offer and I can say this one is as good as others. Great flavours, texture and amazing taste.
I was pretty disappointed with how the Black Forest Chiffon Cake (10”) looked when I got it. It looked noticeably different from the photo on the website and just wasn’t as nice. I understand there were challenges in sourcing the curled Belgian chocolate, but the shaved chocolate used as a substitute didn’t have the same effect. Also the color of the cream was different from what I expected.
That said, the cake itself tasted really good! We all enjoyed it, so no complaints there. Just wish it had looked as good as it tasted!
