Absolutely divine! I tried the Chocolate Black Forest Cake from ENZE and it was a standout. The sponge was incredibly soft and moist, layered with just the right amount of whipped cream and rich chocolate ganache. What really elevated it for me was the balanceβsweet, but not overpowering, with the subtle tartness of the cherries cutting through beautifully. Itβs a more refined take on the traditional Black Forest, and it looks as stunning as it tastes.
This is the kind of cake that disappears quickly at gatheringsβand now I know why so many people rave about it. We have also tried other cakes from Enze, best cake delivery service in Sydney by far!
Alrhough super fluffy, but the chocolate is so overpowering that U couldnβt enjoy the cake. This is probably a chocolate loverβs dream cake
