I ordered the lemon and blueberry cake for my daughter’s first birthday, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The cake was incredibly light and fluffy, with just the right balance of flavors. The icing was perfectly sweet without being overpowering, and the lemon curd added a bright, tangy contrast that paired beautifully with the blueberry. It was also stunningly decorated — almost too pretty to cut! Everyone raved about it, and several people reached out afterward to ask where I got it so they could order one for their own celebrations. Delicious cake when you when something light, fresh and a little zesty! The sponge was soft and airy, the cream was also airy and not so sweet, and the blueberries and lemon added that zing!
