Enze cake texture is just.. perfect. I liked the milk and dark chocolate ganache on this cake. Makes me excited to try the black forest when cherries are back in season :)

Only comment I'd add is that the box it arrives in is beautiful, but not the easiest to put the cake back into/take it out of without touching the side cream..
Delicious! Family agreed that this has great rich chocolate flavour with the mousse filling and not too sweet. The sponge chiffon was pillowy soft
