Sponge cake was so soft and fluffy! The cake was decorated so beautifully, and looked like a snow covered garden. However, this cake was on the sweeter side compared to the other cakes and more dense, and my asian grandparents found it a bit sweet.

The Coconut pandan cake was a great choice, would highly recommend. Since the cake is white on the outside it was a pleasant surprise for the birthday boy to cut through, revealing the vibrant green colour of the pandan flavour inside. Would buy cakes from Enze again!
