This my favourite flavour cake! There is no doubt how delicious it is, it’s not too sweet and melts in my mouth, generous amounts of lychee, fluffy cream and soft sponge!
The only one thing I would suggest is that the signage “Happy Mothers Day” could be bigger, it was written so small on the cake that’s served 14 and didn’t have the 2 hearts drawn like the pictures you have. If it was written bigger, it would show nicely in photos.
Very nice, soft and delicious cake, my family dont really eat cakes a lot, but they all loved the lychee cake, not to sweet, just perfect. thank you
