Normally I would bake for special occasions/celebrations but being heavily pregnant, I was convinced to order one instead. Searched through so many places for a cake that fits my preferences and found Enze. Customer service is amazing as they respond to questions very promptly and very easy to order - with no stress on having to make an order months ahead like many cake businesses.
As for the cake, seriously the best! Chiffon cake is fluffy and moist while the cream has subtle hint of hojicha flavour - not overpowering! Love the hojicha cream with caramelised pear combo!
All the guests loved it so much that we all had about 2-3 slices each!
Would recommend Enze and will want to order again in the future!
Best cake I've had so far! My parents also liked it as it wasn't too sweet and a fair amount of cream. The hojicha flavour pair with the pears was unbelievable. The balance between the flavours were amazing!
