Excellent flavour

It really nailed the hojicha flavour which I think is hard to execute for tea flavours as they are usually more on the mild side. The pears were actually a nice addition (I'm not usually a fan of pears). I loved the caramelised nuts at the top, the sweetness and crunch (texture) brought a different element. The only thing I would say is that the biscuits were soft and not crunchy. This is completely understandable as it would be near impossible to have the biscuit crunchy, but I would have preferred to not have the biscuits and more nuts!
