Loved the combo of flavours and how moist the sponge was in this cake. I'd highly recommend it. Had a tiny issue of the cake leaning to one side...think it was melting/unstable, but it didn't interfere with our enjoyment of it (hence my 5 star rating).
just the right balance of sweetness, tea flavour and nice biscoff accents! love the cute design but especially the fast and reliable delivery which was a real life saver- thanks!

This cake is the one for those wanting a tea flavoured cake with a slight bitterness and is not matcha. Lovely taste and texture. Cream is beautifully smooth and flavoursome. However the pears in my cake seemed a little under caramelised which meant the texture, crunch and acidity of the pear was not entirely in unison with the rest of the cake. Otherwise this would be a 5 star review.
The pairing of flavours was just perfect. The cake was light and creamy. It was hard to say no to another piece.
