Bought it for my friend's birthday and she loveeeed it so much! Amazing texture & taste amazing. I personally not a big fan of cheesecake but this one is an exception. It was super nice, refreshing, and not too sweet. The flavour is more complex, only the right amount of sweetness with a tad bit of saltiness. Then the fresh yuzu cream on top is top tier. 10/10 highly recommended and would order this again.
This is a very yummy baked cheesecake, not too firm yet still holds its shape well when cut. The yuzu infused cream adds a light, refreshing taste to each bite.
We loved this cake - creamy cheesecake with a lovely tart Yuzu marmalade/sauce on top. Serves four very generously or six more moderately. Delivery was also very easy and fuss-free.
Yummy Cheesecake! Not too heavy and not too light. Not overly sweet with the right balance of cheesy savoury-ness and yuzu punchy-ness. I enjoyed it a lot. Great cake😋
