Yummy and moist, could have had more fruit but still very nice.
The sponge was wonderfully light (which made the large 10” cake a little precarious to cut) and the cake not too sweet thanks to the hint of jasmine tea.
Delightful cake for our birthday celebration! A big hit with our family, especially since it wasn't overly sweet or heavy on the cream, just right. The subtle hint of jasmine and the edible gold was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend!
