The chiffon cake is super light and fluffy. The lemon yuzu cream is delicious, it is not overpowering and goes really well with the texture of the chiffon. Thoroughly enjoyed this cake a lot. Got praises from whole family. Would buy again!
My first time trying Enze cake. This lemon yuzu cake comes in a nice box and very nicely presented. Cake itself looked very pretty and dainty. The yuzu curd on top has a slightly tarty, not overpowering and blends really well with the cake in one bite. Must try.
