I have been following ENZE on socials for a long time and have always wanted to try one of their delicious chiffon cakes.
I’m visiting relatives atm and unfortunately they live 1.5hrs away so delivery was out of the question.
Luckily my sister works within the delivery area so I ordered the cake to be delivered to her workplace and she brought it to our family dinner celebration. Everyone, and I mean everyone raved about it. It was so light and airy and the Yuzu was amazing. Not too sweet and so delicious that we had seconds.
