I've had your mango cake many times during the last season and was so happy you'd brought the cake back early this season. The cake looked stunning as usual, however that's where it ended. The mangoes were not as sweet as the kensington pride i know are, maybe too early in the season? The sponge was not as moist as i remembered- it was on the dry side. All in all, a disappointment and a far cry from the taste of last season.
The cake was delish, but the service was just as fantastic. Would highly recommend, and will be back!
Third time ordering from Enze but this was by far our favorite. Delicious, fresh and bursting with Mango flavor. Every single person who tastes this for the first time asked me where I got it from! Yum yum
