Mango cream cake

We had tried all of your cakes previously including the mango cream cake. We ordered the mango cream cake as it was my little one’s birthday and she loves mangoes. The cake was delicious the only down side was when we cut the cake piece by piece, each piece actually collapsed. This never happened before. It seems there were a lot of mangoes and cream rather than the sponge cake itself. A bit disappointed as the cakes you’ve made were always delicious.
