Big fan of Enze, so we bought the largest size of peach cake to celebrate cny. There was a bit of a leak from the compote at the top despite careful transportation. The texture itself was a bit strange as some of the fresh peach pieces were hard and crunchy.. I would have preferred soft/fully ripe peach pieces instead, but I do appreciate that Enze uses fresh fruits in their products. I did find this one wasn't sweet enough, but it's more a personal preference as I like my desserts to be sweet. Worth the try, but will likely choose other flavours for future orders
I ordered this peach cream cake for Lunar New Year. In comparison to the mango cream cake and the hojicha & pear cream cake, this was our least favourite. It was more spongy and creamy and lacked actual fruit. The peach compote went everywhere by the time it was delivered to us
Cake was light and fluffy as usual. However not much peach flavour and felt that the presentation could be better without the peach compote on top.
Great balance between sweetness and the cream, have tried plenty of other flavours and this was up there with my favourites. Ordered the night before and it was ready by 10am the next day!
Peach cake was a hit with the family who raved about it. Definitely one of our favourites.
