The cake was purchased as a surprise for my husband's birthday. The cake looked beautiful. The flavours were nice and not too sweet. We liked the soft and pillowy sponge. We would have liked more raspberry flavours in the cake and additional fresh raspberries. We are looking forward to trying other flavours from Enze!
The flavour combo is so good, not overpowering, and the sponge is light airy. It was a hit in our household!
Loved the pistachio taste tiny bit savory and could be a hint of pandan scent to it. great cake going to purchase again for my other freidns to enjoy !
We've tried many different cakes from Enze and once again it looks and tastes amazing! We especially like the fluffiness and not too sweet flavour of their cakes! Looking forward to our next celebration so we can try more new cakes! :D
