We ordered this for my wife’s birthday and it’s a good balance of flavours coming from chiffon, pistachio, and raspberry. The raspberry worked because it is not too sour (it was in season) bringing a bright finish to the bite. The cream did not feel heavy and was sweetened just right. The texture of the chiffon was moist and even a few days after, it still maintained its texture. It was a good experience with every bit. This cake is good to be paired with drinks with a little bit of bitterness in them like a coffee, or wine.
At its price point, it lands at less than $10 a slice. It’s a quality/premium cake that’s worth it for your celebrations. We are now regulars with Enze since we tasted it last year.

Amazing cake! Flavour, texture and presentation. The whole family loved it, did not last long!! So light and fresh! Loved that I could order the day before, it was a last minute thing. I will be ordering from them again for my bday and my daughter's bday. I had tasted the cake at a party and liked it so much that I asked where it was from. Definitely recommendong to friends!
