Loved the freshness in the cake - the moist sponge, the fresh lychees and the subtle hint of rose.
The only critical feedback would be that there could have been a lot lesses cream on the outside, but apart from that it was perfect!

The Lychee cake is lovely
I have to say, this is my favourite Enze cake from their collection. The cake is perfectly fluffy and light and the flavours are well balanced. If you are a lychee lover, then you will definitely love this cake ❤️
