The cake is fluffy as always and a good balance of flavour. It is suitable for both people who like matcha and also people who are new to matcha. All of us really like it and would definitely recommend.
It was beautiful the cake - both taste and appearance wise. The sponge cake was delicious. Not too sweet. Cream was very fresh. The combination of match and strawberries was perfect. Definitely will order again and recommend friends.

It was one of the best cakes we’ve had in Sydney so far. The chiffon cake was so light & airy that you want to keep having it. The flavors are perfect, not too sweet or bitter, as one would assume a matcha cake to be.
