Wow

Like most matcha cakes I thought the flavour wouldn’t come through. I was so pleasantly surprised that the balance of matcha to strawberry was literally PERFECT. Altogether just the right level of sweetness and the cake to cream ratio 10/10. Definitely will try the other flavours

Strawberry Matcha Cake

It was delicious and not too sweet. The soft chiffon layers made it so easy to eat because it felt so light. I would have preferred freah strawberries in between the layers as well but there were plenty of fresh strawberries on top so I'm not that bothered. The cream was also amazing.
