    I’m late, I’m late! For a very important date!

    Because I lost track of time whilst inhaling this deliciously moist, not too sweet, moreish, artistic carrot cake! It is perfectly balanced. Please make it a regular on your menu!

    Deliciously Beautiful!

    The cake is light, moist and slightly crunchy from the walnuts.
    The meringue had a delightful hidden nutty surprise inside and stayed perfectly fresh even after a few days in the fridge.
    Overall the best carrot cake ever.
