Where do you deliver?
We deliver to selected Sydney postcodes. You can check if your address is covered on our delivery zone page: Delivery Areas
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders $85 and over. For orders under $85, a flat $9.95 delivery fee applies.
When will my cake arrive?
Our standard delivery window is 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, seven days a week. At 9:00 PM the night before, you'll automatically receive a tracking link with a more accurate estimated window so you're not waiting all day.
How do I order for next-day delivery?
Place your order before 10:00 PM and we'll deliver the following day. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be scheduled for the day after.
What if I need the cake by a specific time?
We're unable to guarantee specific delivery times for standard orders. If you need your cake by a certain time, we recommend either ordering for the day before, or placing a pick-up order and scheduling an UberCourier to collect on your behalf.
For catering or large functions requiring multiple cakes, specific delivery timings may be arranged — fees may apply. Please contact us at hello@enze.com.au to discuss.
What about the 24-hour freshness guarantee?
Every ENZE cake comes with our 24-hour guarantee — if stored in its original box in the fridge overnight, your cake will look and taste exactly as intended the next day. So ordering for the evening before is always a great option if timing is tight.
This guarantee does not apply to cakes featuring fresh fruit as a main ingredient.
What if I need to change my delivery address?
No problem — reach out to us at hello@enze.com.au before 10:00 PM the night before your delivery and we'll update your address without any issues.
What if I'm not home during the delivery window?
Please email us at hello@enze.com.au and we'll arrange redelivery for the following day. Please note that an additional delivery fee may apply.

How do I place an order?
All orders are placed online at enze.com.au. Simply select your cake, choose your preferred pick-up or delivery date, and complete checkout.
What are the order cut-off times?
Delivery: order before 10:00 PM for next-day delivery.
Pick-up: order before 12:00 PM for same-day pick-up.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes — email us at hello@enze.com.au and we'll update your order details. Please get in touch as soon as possible so we can action changes before your order goes into production.
How do I cancel my order?
Email us at hello@enze.com.au and we'll process your cancellation and refund. While we appreciate as much notice as possible, we understand that things come up — please reach out as soon as you can.
Can I customise or modify a cake?
We don't offer custom cake orders. In some cases we may be able to accommodate the removal of certain garnishes — please email us at hello@enze.com.au to check availability before ordering.
Do you cater for large orders or events?
Yes — for large orders or functions requiring multiple cakes, please email us at hello@enze.com.au for a special quote.
What allergens are in your cakes?
All ENZE cakes contain gluten and dairy. Our cakes are halal and may contain traces of nuts. We do not recommend our cakes for anyone with a severe nut allergy.
Do you make gluten-free cakes?
Our cheesecakes are gluten-free. Unfortunately we're unable to replicate the same taste and texture in a gluten-free version of our chiffon cakes at this stage.
Does the cake need to be refrigerated?
Yes — please keep your cake refrigerated until you're ready to serve. Our cakes can be served straight from the fridge, no need to bring them to room temperature first.
How long will the cake keep?
We recommend finishing your cake within 48 hours for the best experience. Freezing is not recommended as it affects the taste and texture.
How do I transport the cake safely?
Place the cake box on the floor of the car — the front passenger floor is ideal as it sits flat and low. Avoid placing the cake on seats, as the angled surface puts the cake at risk. Drive smoothly around corners and over speed bumps.
How should I store leftover cake?
Keep any leftover cake in its original box in the fridge and consume within 48 hours of your original pick-up or delivery date.
Where can I pick up my cake?
We have two Sydney locations — you can select your preferred store at checkout.
ENZE Ryde: 115 Blaxland Road, Ryde NSW 2112. Ground floor, outside Top Ryde City Shopping Centre, facing the Blaxland Rd bus stops.
ENZE Barangaroo: 20 Scotch Row, Barangaroo NSW 2000. Corner of Scotch Row and Shipwright Walk.
What are the pick-up hours?
Ryde: Mon – Fri & Sun: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM / Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Barangaroo: Mon – Fri: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
How do I know when my order is ready?
We'll send you a notification by email — and by SMS if you opted in — as soon as your cake is boxed and ready. For most orders, this happens before 10:00 AM on your selected date.
Is there parking nearby?
Ryde: We recommend Top Ryde City Shopping Centre, which offers 3 hours free parking. We're on the ground floor, a short walk from the Blaxland Rd exit.
Barangaroo: Street parking is limited in the CBD. The nearest options are Wilson and Secure car parks on Hickson Rd, or nearby loading zones for a quick stop.
Can I send someone else or book an UberCourier to collect my order?
Yes. If you can't collect in person, you're welcome to send a friend or book an UberCourier. Please ensure they have your full name and order number. Our team will brief any courier on safe handling. Please note that once a cake leaves our care with a third-party courier, responsibility for safe delivery transfers to them.
Can I change my pick-up date?
Yes — please get in touch as soon as you know. We'll do our best to accommodate you, including last-minute requests. Reply directly to your order confirmation email, or reach us at hello@enze.com.au.
What if I'm running late?
We'll hold your cake until the store closes. If you think you won't make it in time, please contact us as soon as possible — reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@enze.com.au — and we'll arrange a pick-up for the following morning. As our cakes are made fresh to order, we're unable to offer refunds for uncollected orders.
