Excellent basque with a yuzu curd that complements it well

Texture of basque was well executed- creamy and fluffy and not too runny. Yuzu flavour came through and complemented the basque cheesecake well by bringing in tart and fresh flavour profiles. Delivery was such a breeze despite having it delivered to the maze of the hospital grounds.
