The mandarin jasmine cake was absolutely delightful. Fragrant, and perfectly balanced—the mandarin paired beautifully with jasmine. Not too sweet, with a soft, moist texture. A truly elegant and delicious birthday cake. Highly recommended!

My second cake from enze !! I love how light and airy everything was. The cake had quite florally milk tea ish flavour profile as expected from the use of jasmine which I really liked. I do wish the mandarins were a little bit sweeter but ad expected w the change in seasons :) Giving 4 stars based on preference bc I loved my first cake more hehe (matcha strawberry)

Amazing cake

Visually the cake looks absolutely stunning.
And the cake tasted delicious. Light and fluffy, not overly sweet. Everyone enjoyed it a lot.

Subtle and elegant flavours

Enze never disappoints ! Sponge is fluffy and flavours are true to the Jasmine! The Mandarin fruit is fresh and juicy. One of my favourite flavours as it isn't too sweet. Its hard to stop at 1 slice x)
