This was a very beautiful cake in both looks and texture. The Jasmine was well pronounced and tasted wonderful. The mandarins were very sweet relative to the cake and did stand out a lot from the rest, this certainly did not ruin the cake however it was sweeter than expected. I can very highly recommend.
