Rose & Lychee Bento

Bought this cake to celebrate my mum’s birthday. She loved the cute feminine details (the rose petals with the edible gold) and was impressed by how light and balanced the cake tasted. Just the right amount of lychee and rose flavour - definitely recommend as one of the best cakes in Sydney!

The chiffon was incredibly soft and fluffy, with just the right balance of sweetness. The rose and lychee cream was light, fragrant, and refreshing—delicate floral notes paired perfectly with the juicy lychee flavour.

Lychee Rose cake never disappoints. The bento is a smaller cake and perfect for a little afternoon tea with friends.

We love the cake, the texture, the aesthetic - and the plus for this one is - best value for the size - particularly if you just want to get the taste of cake but dont want something too big. Its upsized from bento size if bento size is not enough ❤️. Well done Enze for having this size - Perhaps more flavours in this size in future??

The sponge layers were as fluffy as clouds. Well matched flavours and very beautiful decorations!
