The cheesecake was beautifully light and creamy. I loved how it wasn't sickeningly sweet and how I could eat many slices without feeling ill. I thoroughly enjoyed it's light and gentle flavour, but I would enjoy a sharper cheese flavour. Overall, it was very well done, thank you so much!
Bought this as a dessert for a dinner party we were invited to. It was perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. Everyone loved it!

I am not normally a fan of cheese cake, but this one is light and more on the savoury side. It is fine on its own but it's perfect with the huney yuzu jam I have at home. The sweet and sour taste really elevates the flavour and gives it balance. I can imagine the other version of this cheese cake will be beautiful but since I am not a big fan of cream, this one is perfect for me.
