A wonderful cake that is light, balanced, floral, and perfect to share after a heavy meal. Everyone at the table enjoyed it - "delicious" compliments all around. Most importantly, the birthday girl loved it!
It was also easy and quick to pick up from the Ryde store (very well packaged and chilled).
We had this cake at our company event, and everyone loved it! The mandarin perfectly balances the sweetness of the cake, and the cream infused with jasmine tea adds a wonderfully fresh touch.

The jasmine tea flavour is really fragrant and the chiffon cake from Enze never disappoints. However, the mandarin had no sweetness and doesn’t seem to match the jasmine tea flavour. Perhaps a sweeter fruit would go better with this cake. Also, the tea flavour gives a little bitterness which the kids didn’t like. But I loved it 😉
