I found the sponge a bit on the dry side and not as soft. A bit more flavour on the Jasmine would be good

Very happy!

The cake is fresh, light, and delicious. The delivery service is spot on and well communicated. The jasmine tea flavour is well balanced, not overpowering. I would have appreciated a few more mandarin segments and a slightly larger white chocolate plaque for such a large cake. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars — plus plus!
