Jasmine and mandarin cake

Delicious tea flavour throughout the cake and cream. Mandarin fruit mostly as the filling rather than a distinct second flavour in the cake itself or the cream, but the flavours complement each other well!

Grainy Cake

We've ordered ENZE cakes multiple times and all have been great except this one. Mandarin flavour was a bit subtle and the Jasmine tea was slightly over powering. The cake was very grainy and not fluffy compared to the previous cakes we ordered. Not sure if it is the tea infused cake causing the bad texture or just quality control issue.
