Underwhelming

The yuzu wasn’t so great - too much cream relative to sponge and not enough yuzu. Mango was definitely the winner

Perfectly Balanced!

Light, fresh and perfectly balanced! The lemon yuzu cream cake was soft and airy - the citrus was not overpowering. The subtle zing of the lemon and yuzu added a lovely twist and was just enough to make it feel indulgent (but stayed delightfully light!).
