Enze cake never disappoints! The cake was fluffy and soft. One less star is due to no much of pistachio flavour and a little too much cream. saying that, the cake was finished quickly!
Presentation is spot on. Taste is pretty average, very subtle to non-existence nutty flavour from the pistachio.
Yes, we have tried pistachio ice cream from Messina, & the flavour is spot on, so we know it’s achievable/possible. Would definitely go for Matcha over Pistachio in future.
