The caramel cream is not too sweet and blend well with the chiffon. I just hope there is more shavings of belgian dark chocolate. But, all in all, Ensze cake still never fails!
As usual, the sponge was very light and airy. The salted caramel wasnt overly strong but it had enough for it not to be overly sweet. Presentation is beautiful as expected.
I ordered and brought this cake to two parties over the holidays and it was a hit each time :). There were several cakes/desserts on offer during these events and it’s the first one to go in both. It’s not too sweet (just like any Enze cake that’s why they are my go to for cakes) then the salted caramel added another dimension to the flavour. Just about the right amount of cream and that sponge, superb!!!
