Got this cake for my son’s birthday. The mandarin gave it a sweet-tangy kick, and the jasmine added that unique, slightly earthy flavour I usually enjoy in black tea. It made the cake feel special, though I get it might not be for everyone.

Not a very fresh taste, mandarin tastes old and slimy…cream tastes artificial.sponge part tastes crumbly…disappointing.
The jasmine flavour in the cream and the mandarins are so harmonious together🥰 So refreshing, easy to eat(not too sweet), and very light! Cream and chiffon are so soft its chef kiss😘👏👏
